COPYRIGHT, TRADEMARK &
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY NOTICE
Unless otherwise stated, the content made available through the Blue X Ocean Adventures website and official digital channels - including text, graphics, photographs, video, audio, page layouts, designs, icons, illustrations, marketing materials, downloadable materials, and other original content - is owned by, licensed to, or used with permission by Blue X Ocean Adventures, International SeaWorld Group, the applicable operating entity, or their authorized licensors.
Such content may be protected by copyright, trademark, unfair competition, contract, and other applicable intellectual-property laws.
The names "Blue X Ocean Adventures," "International SeaWorld Group," associated logos, slogans, service names, visual identity elements, and other source-identifying brand assets may constitute trademarks, service marks, trade names, or other protected brand assets of their respective owners.
Nothing on the website grants a visitor any ownership interest or general license to use Blue X brand assets.
Visitors may access and use the website for lawful personal purposes, including reviewing experiences, requesting reservations, managing legitimate guest communications, and sharing official Blue X webpages through ordinary link-sharing features.
Except as permitted by law or expressly authorized in writing, website content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, licensed, modified, distributed, scraped for commercial republication, or used to create misleading or competing materials.
No person may use Blue X names, logos, trade dress, photographs, marketing materials, or other brand assets in a manner that falsely suggests sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement, ownership, agency, or an authorized booking relationship.
Blue X brand assets may not be used in deceptive advertisements, unauthorized booking pages, impersonation accounts, counterfeit materials, misleading domain names, or other uses likely to confuse guests.
Approved hotels, resorts, concierge teams, travel professionals, agencies, influencers, photographers, and other partners may use Blue X materials only within the scope of written authorization or the applicable partner agreement.
Approved materials should not be materially altered or used after authorization ends unless Blue X provides further permission.
Ownership of guest-created photographs, videos, reviews, messages, and other user-submitted content remains subject to the rights of the creator and any permissions granted to Blue X.
Blue X will rely on the applicable Photo & Video Release, platform terms, submission terms, or other authorization before using identifiable guest media for promotional purposes where such authorization is required.
Third-party names, logos, photographs, maps, booking technology, payment marks, hotel/resort brands, marina names, social-media marks, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Reference to a third party does not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless Blue X expressly states that a formal relationship exists.
Website software, databases, code, integrations, analytics configurations, booking workflows, and other technology may be owned by Blue X or licensed from third-party providers. Use of third-party technology remains subject to the applicable provider terms and licenses.
Nothing in this Notice authorizes unauthorized access, circumvention of technical controls, interference with the website, or extraction of protected non-public systems or data.
A person who believes that material displayed through a Blue X-controlled website infringes that person's intellectual-property rights may contact Blue X with sufficient information to identify the material, the claimed right, the location of the challenged content, and appropriate contact information.
Blue X may request additional information reasonably necessary to evaluate the request and may remove, restrict, or preserve material as appropriate under applicable law.
Reservation confirmations, QR codes, referral links, partner collateral, safety materials, operating guides, and other Blue X documents may be used only for their intended purpose. Unauthorized alteration of a Blue X document or creation of a misleading imitation is prohibited to the extent permitted by law.
Access to the website, participation in an activity, referral of a guest, or purchase of a Blue X service does not transfer ownership of Blue X intellectual property to the visitor, guest, or partner.
Blue X reserves the right to protect its intellectual property and brand against unauthorized or misleading use through reasonable technical, contractual, platform, administrative, or legal measures available under applicable law.
